The Leadership development Team is responsible for delivering on two of Deloitte’s key strategic priorities: leadership development and diversity and inclusion. Through the management of the life-cycle of our leaders - from development programs through to succession planning – the Leadership Development team supports current and future leaders fulfil their potential whilst also leading the drive towards a more inclusive and diverse culture.
As a PMO / Leadership Development Consultant you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of projects and programmes within the Leadership Development portfolio.
As a PMO / Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:
• Project management of leadership development programmes, from start to follow-up
• Manage actions and coordinate with stakeholders
• Offer support to your team members with the implementation, administration and communication of the strategic projects
• Inspire your colleagues by sharing your knowledge, ideas and proposals

The Leadership Development team is an exciting and dynamic team with plenty of opportunity for personal and professional development. This is an existing position within the team and will involve close collaboration with multiple HR teams and stakeholders from across the business. You will be joining six passionate and committed colleagues who’s responsibilities range from the design and management of leadership (development) programmes, to partner matters and diversity and inclusion. The team is primarily based in the Amsterdam and Rotterdam offices.
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
• HBO / WO level education in the field of HR, Leadership, Project / Event Management or other related study
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience
• Interest in leadership development and diversity and inclusion
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Motivated by the opportunity to set up and coordinate a variety of projects and processes
• Committed to delivering high quality services to your stakeholders
• Highly organized with an attention for detail
• A team player
