For our IT department we are looking for a junior application manager who will focus on all the technical activities that ensure the operational availability and stability of the technology systems and applications within T- Mobile. As application manager you will focus on the clients, internal as well as external, and you make sure the technical information is clear. You will take care of problems within the IT systems and generate possible solutions and decisions to solve this issues.

Furthermore;

• You are responsible for the support of optimal performances of automated client processes of a specified domain
• You are able to support different domains/areas and you deliver users within these domains
• You use instruments as monitoring, data management, configuration management, incidents, problems and changes
• You are the linking pin between business departments and Technology, but also a spokes person for the different client channels.
• We have a 24 x7 on call service

With whom will you work?

You will work within the Technology department. We are looking for a pro active and independent candidate who is strong in planning and coordinating on operational level. You have a customer focus, strong analytical skills and you are result oriented.

Your expertise:

• Between 0– 2 years relevant experience as a functional or application manager
• a Bachelor/Master degree with 2-5 years of experience or intermediate vocational education
• Strong affinity with Call Center processes & application management.
• Fluent Communication on operational level in Dutch & English.
