At TOPdesk, we’re always working on our image as a thought leader. Whether it’s creating a blog series on AI, a customer journey toolkit, or sharing our opinion on trends in the world of service management: as copywriter English you never have to put down your pen. When you’re at your desk, you’re probably busy writing your heart out, but it’s not that people can always find you there. You are out and about in the organization and market to find stories that strengthen our image as thought leader in the service management market.
Together with your multidisciplinary scrum team, you determine what topics are worked on in the next sprints. Then it’s your turn to find colleagues or external experts who can help you shape the story around these topics. How? By using materials ranging from social posts to full-blown e-books.
You will be part of the thought leadership scrum team, which is part of the International Marketing & Communications (IMC) department. This team comprises a Dutch copywriter, two marketeers, a multimedia designer and a product owner. In the other IMC scrum teams, you’ll also find Dutch and English copywriters who you’ll work together with to hone your skills.
