Senior Manager Development Back Office Systems in Enschede

In this job, you will be responsible for leading and developing multiple teams of developers, involved in the development and implementation of massively scalable BackOffice systems. The BackOffice systems of Takeaway.com are a mix of several applications that are developed and maintained in house. The focus in the coming period is to modernize the technical stack and user experience as well as outsourcing some parts to third party software. As a true people manager, you will build great teams and drive commitment and responsibility. In an international, energetic, hyper-growth environment you will make sure that there is a perfect balance between stability and cutting edge innovation.

• Experience as a (senior) manager development
• Experience in highly available and massively scalable
  • Ecommerce systems and/or
  • Financial systems and/or
  • ERP systems

• You have led agile multifunctional teams with developers, Quality Assurance professionals, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Analysts
• Experience in partnering with Business and IT teams at multiple levels to drive alignment and delivery of complex problems
• You are a team player
• Strong experience in DevOps, Microservices, Cloud, Web and Native technologies
• Strong knowledge of technology selection, architecture, and full-stack implementation
• Always keen on helping people, culture, processes and management to get to the next level
• Experience in transforming teams from a 'classic' into an agile and multidisciplinary model
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills in English
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
