Responsibilities
- Drives technical vision
- Advices across value streams
- Communicates technical and architectural vision
- Communicates technical path
- Creates technical guidelines designs for products
- Guides / coaches squads throughout implementation
- Collaborate coordinate with Business owners and Product Managers
- Ensuring system capabilities realizing current and future business goals
- Coaching of stakeholders about technical roadmap
- Securing the implementation of global principles
- Investigating on emergent technologies
Requirements
- Hard skills:
- Ability to influencing strategic decision making
- Solid understanding of Data & Analytics architectures, including experience with Big Data, Relational databases, streaming and batch data processing
- Experience with leading public cloud vendors like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform including a deep understanding of cloud native & cloud agnostic
- Working knowledge of statistical, predictive modeling and machine learning frameworks, concepts and disciplines
- Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate technology strategy, requirements and architecture conversations with all stakeholders (management, business users, and technology resources)
- Soft skills:
- Critical thinker, analytical mindset & common sense
- Strong communication (clear, concise)
- Collaborative and proactive team player
- Eager, inquisitive and capable of fast learning
- Able to leverage tools/technology for persuasive story telling
