You’ll promote security best practices within the technical verticals of Catawiki. Help build security checkpoints into our Continuous Development, Continuous Integration (CD/CI) way of working, manage our responsible disclosure program, facilitate 3rd party penetration tests, and provide security guidance on a constant stream of new products and technologies. You will find bugs and help fix them through security assessments and code reviews.

This role will primarily focus on strategic objectives within the Platform and Product Verticals.

Some of the daily duties include finding, prioritizing, and escalating bugs found through various channels to a timely resolution. Configure and tune OWASP and software vulnerability scanners within our technology stack.  You’ll also provide regular input to the product team to aid in secure delivery of new product initiatives.

Additional support will be in the form of reports on vulnerabilities found vs. solved. Meet the security team’s target goals through promotion and adoption of a vulnerability management program and assist in adjusting the overall course of the security team’s long term strategy.  You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the product from a security perspective. Long term, you’ll develop a security training program for both new and existing developers.
