Your role & work environment

As an Expert Member Sourcing & Service management within the CoE Sourcing Market Leaders, you provide support towards our business functions that are using the intragroup and third party architecture by purchasing/selling services from/to other ING entities and external Business Partners. You are also the provider and gatekeeper of our service governance frameworks.

The Center of Expertise (CoE) Sourcing will help ING to stay in control of their sourced activities.

This central team will provide central guidance, training, advice & support to enable ING to manage their sourced activities and remain compliant.

The newly created Center of Expertise Sourcing Market Leaders covers local, cross-border, intercompany and third party sourced activities for all business lines in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The goal of this team is to manage the sourcing-portfolio at one global and centric point to enable you to fulfill your responsibility.

Your key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a standard set of service governance frameworks such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Service, Service Catalogues and Charging methodologies and measuring and evaluating through the implementation of performance dashboards
• Providing support for the offshoring projects for the service management set up
• Ensuring the bank remains in control of its offshored/outsourced activities, and is compliant with the legislations and the requirements from the Regulators
• Responsible for the realization, and monitoring of one or multiple Service Level Agreements
• Create a central point of Control for all sourcing activities
