ING is looking for a chapter lead with expertise in people management combined with IT Ops security engineering, to strengthen our DevOps teams responsible for the Global Digital Channels of ING Wholesale Banking Tech.
As a Chapter Lead you have the following objectives:
• Ensure the individual development of your team members, so that they can successfully fulfill the new roles and the new processes
• hands-on technical activity as member of one Squad where you provide the automation, tooling, resilience and security necessary for smooth feature delivery by your Squad.
The IT Ops security chapter covers multiple squads with critical assets from WB Digital Channels. Reliability and security are the main priorities for the chapter.
Your work environment
You will work in the dynamic and challenging environment of the IT organization of ING Global Digital Channels. We operate according to a Scrum Agile development process and strongly believe in the BIzDevOps approach to delivering IT solutions. The focus is on high-quality mission-critical software delivered in time using iterative development with regular milestone demos to the business, so that at the end there are no surprises about what we build.
Feature delivery is driven by the priorities determined by the Business and Product Owners, working on a day-to-day basis with the IT organization to ensure the delivery optimal added value.
