CoorpID is a Regtech/ Fintech company that focusses on KYC sharing optimization between banks and large corporations. CoorpID serves an international market currently expanding its business across six European in the coming two years. CoorpID was founded only two years ago in ING Innovation Labs, ING’s internal incubation department for innovative and disruptive ideas. As CoorpID’s proposition became a proven success, ING’s Management Board of Banking decided to further invest in the company for it to set sail across multiple banks and corporations.

Our Product Development team is responsible for the development of the CoorpID product and its features roadmap. We are looking for a User Experience Designer to further develop our proposition.

You will work on:

• Designs based on user input, design libraries and our house style
• The full design process from analyzing business needs to designing solutions and supporting throughout the development
• Effectively communicate, defend, and build consensus around concepts and direction
• Coordinating with multi-disciplinary project teams
• Deliverables in an agile team, delivering in three-week iterations
• Communicate UX design considerations to different audiences, including engineers, management and potential customers
• Strategize design solutions to meet and exceed strategic objectives

• You advise on and design systems that offer a great experience to our users
• You advocate disciplines such as user experience design, usability and accessibility
• You are well organized, adhere to timelines, accurate and have the passion to deliver excellence
• You feel passionate about working in a structured and documented environment

What is required?

• A bachelor degree or higher
• 5 years of experience in UX design
• Working knowledge of the latest versions of Figma
• Ability to illustrate and prototype concepts quickly
• Strong communication & client facing skills
• Excellent command of English spoken and written language

Nice to have

• Experience at a Financial Institute and KYC
• Experience with designing for OutSystems
• Experience in a scale-up
• Affinity for UI design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of HTML and CSS
