GSO IT supports the global business functions such as Finance, HR and Business Services, includes global IT functions such as Strategy, Architecture and Information Security and supports the local IT Departments with playing a constructive role by taking away non-customer value adding activities so that the local teams can focus on the business performance.

• Develop and maintain the project and program management methodology and ensure that the PM approach covers the full life cycle and disciplines to be followed
• Responsible for any supporting tools to improve the efficiency and support of project execution
• Ensure that the project managers provide status reporting information on the status of their project in a standardized and consistent manner
• Ensure effective performance management, gathering metrics that reflect the true performance of the project and analyzing data where needed for insight in possible issues in project delivery
• Monitor and control critical project dependencies preventing these dependencies from become issues to the overall project 
• Supports the portfolio management process with various portfolio analyses and consolidate in a portfolio dashboard/report
• Ensure adherence to the project and program management methodology by reviewing the existence and quality of the project deliverables and ensure that stage gate deliverables are formally reviewed and approved before continuing the next phase
• Create and maintain training materials and educate project managers and project team members on methodology, standards and procures and tools
• Supports the project manager and other key stakeholders to successfully deliver the project in time, budget and scope

• Relevant Bachelor / Master degree (e.g. Business Administration, IT Management)
• Knowledge and certification of industry standard project management methodology
• More than 5 years relevant working experience in managing Business & IT projects and programs in a retail organization, consulting organization or multinational
• Self-Starter, Independent Professional
• Fluent English (word and writing)
• Analytical skills
• Strong facilitator skills in improvement processes
• Strong in strategic topics, adding value to vision and strategy
