Windows System Administrator in Amsterdam

Guerrilla's Amsterdam studio is looking for a System Administrator to join our Support Team.

What you will do

You will work closely with our IT Manager and the rest of the Support Team
You will be responsible for the management and continuity of our ICT infrastructure and all its related applications and functions
You will providing first-line user support and solving daily disturbances at both the workstation and the server level
You will be in charge of the inventory and distribution of computer peripherals.

Who you are

You have knowledge of and experience with Windows 7/10 workstations, printers and other peripherals
You have knowledge of and experience with Windows 2012 Server (Active Directory)
You have knowledge of and experience with installing and testing of hardware and software
You have experience with offering support to MS Outlook users
You are familiar with IT related logistics within the building (network, phones, new employees etc.)
You have a relevant degree (at least MBO) with an HBO (Bachelor) level of thinking and working
You are comfortable working with Microsoft Windows systems, and are able to quickly learn and support new applications
You have strong communications skills and are fluent in English, both written and verbally
You are accurate in your work, immune to stress, capable of working independently and with a no-nonsense attitude
You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
