Your role as an ServiceNow ConsultantAs a ServiceNow Consultant you have a challengion position with a high degree of responsibility in a Dutch multinational. One of your main responsibilities as a ServiceNow Consultant will be:
- Collects information to determine, document and agree with customer requirements for the ServiceNow platform;
- Provides ServiceNow platform and technical expertise;
- Creates High Level Design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation;
- Defines the roadmap for ServiceNow and aligns this roadmap with the Process Owners;
- Creates workflow and prototypes for client engagements in the Service Portal with the ability to organize and present ServiceNow related findings in meetings with clients;
- Understands CMDB processes and knows how to integrate these processes with CI results from the ServiceNow Discovery tool;
- Knows how to use Performance Analytics Dashboards to support KPI reporting and understands the difference between Lagging & Leading Indicators;
- Knows how to implement an IT Control framework in the Policy & Compliance Module;
- Proficient in ServiceNow Configuration, Customization and Orchestration (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, JavaScript, etc.;
- Experience in interacting with client business and technical teams in person and remotely.
- IT related educational background;
- You should be trained and certified in ITIL v3;
- Must be ServiceNow System Administrator certified;
- Preferred to be ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certified;
- Experience in most modules under ServiceNow IT Service Management;
- Experience with IT Governance frameworks, preferably COBIT 5;
- Experience with Agile development, preferred as Scrum Master;
- Strong analytical & communication skills: active listener, think before acting, verbal and writing skills in Dutch and English;
- Demonstrated consulting attitude: understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail, not afraid to ask questions, etc.
