Role focus:
- Digital Banking Strategy in Corporate- and Retail-Banking
- Core Banking Process Excellence
- Payments & Blockchain
- Finance, Risk & Compliance
- Reporting systems
- Bank specific risk strategy, -steering, and -reporting
- System architecture and platforms for overall bank controls (incl. data quality governance)
- Efficient linkage of business-, strategy- and IT-processes
What you offer:
- None to several years of relevant work experience in digital transformation in banking or financial services in the Netherlands or Europe, preferably with deep expertise in one of the areas of focus
- First-hand expertise in running (parts of) projects or full project leadership experience
- Competitive university degree within a business, economics, technical or IT field of study
- Good network in the industry
- Strong analytical / conceptual thinking skills
- Structured way-of-working and the ability to rise to the challenge when tackling complex problems
- Ability to apply technological know-how with strategic business analyses in order to achieve results
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Fully proficient in Dutch and English; Proficiency in an extra European language is welcome
- Team player
- Open to international project assignments
- International experience is welcome
