Role focus:
- Development and implementation of corporate and business unit strategies for top players in the insurance industry
- Consulting of top management to successfully implement digital transformation
- Concept and realisation of new, digital business models and innovative solutions
- Development and implementation of successful sales and service strategies
- Reorganisation and development of new operating models, including different sourcing options
- Thought leadership in digital transformation
What you offer:
- Several years of relevant work experience in digital transformation in the insurance industry
- First-hand expertise in running (parts of) projects or full project leadership experience
- Master degree within a business, economics, technical or IT field of study, ideally with a focus on insurance
- Knowledge of current trends and challenges facing insurers and/or healthcare providers
- Expertise in sales steering, claims management and/or product and service innovation
- Ideally a network in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical / conceptual thinking skills
- Structured way-of-working and the ability to rise to the challenge when tackling complex problems
- Ability to apply technological know-how with strategic business analyses in order to achieve results
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Fully proficient in Dutch and English; Proficiency in an additional European language is welcome
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel
- International experience is welcome
