Functie

As .NET Software Engineer you are going to create innovative service-oriented solutions for delivering the best quality photo products for our B2C customers.

Our Manufacturing Software team is an agile autonomous team of developers, system engineers, QE, BA and a Product Owner. The team is located across both locations. Your base location will be Amsterdam, with regular visits to the Hague. We automate our manufacturing plants in Europe, Japan and India. This manufacturing system uses optimized algorithms to deliver over 50K individual products per day at 60% gross margins.

Recently the team worked on:

Shift to microservices, AWS, RabbitMQ, Consul, Auth0, automated testing with BDD/SpecFlow, Continuous Delivery pipeline, investigating migration to .NET Core, Linux and PostgreSQL.

Functie eisen

• You have profound experience in object-oriented programming/design with .NET technology using C#
• You have solid experience with Microsoft web technologies (ASP.NET MVC or Web API) and SQL Server/ORM frameworks
• You are a true engineer with a sharp analytical mind, you create high-quality, simple, modular, flexible and maintainable software.
• You have good communication skills, you are smart, savvy, pro-active and get things done
• You are fluent in English

Desirable

• Knowledge of, or experience with Continuous Delivery
• Experience with TDD, BDD, DDD
• You have experience with e-commerce or similar platforms
