Functie

You will join the recruitment team that consists of a talent sourcer, two corporate recruiters and one manager. Your mission will be to get the best people in from around the world. You will help the business grow by finding professionals in Marketing & Sales, IT, Finance and HR. The vacancies of our Production facility in The Hague are also part of your portfolio. To stay on top of the recruitment process you will meet on regular basis with the hiring managers and advise them with your knowledge and expertise of recruitment. You will be based in Amsterdam and The Hague. With your knowledge of the different (online) channels you will attract ambitious candidates and work on our employer branding strategy.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting for your open vacancies from the first intake with the hiring manager and posting to co-ordinating the offer;
• Build and maintain a good relationship with the business to understand their needs in recruitment;
• Leverage and maximize the ATS from screening to posting open positions, managing applicants and closing the positions;
• Together with our Talent Sourcer, develop and create sourcing strategies;
• Focusing on our Employer Branding through our career website, social media and organizing events;
• Showcase your passion for the industry. That means intimate knowledge about competitors, target companies, relationships in open source networks.

Functie eisen

You have a proven track record in a fast paced recruitment environment, preferably within ecommerce. You are a true goal getter, driven to find and inspire the best candidates for your vacancies. Your are not overwhelmed by high volume recruitment needs and you manage this volume in an efficient and timely manner. Your flexible, empathic and professional attitude helps you engage with hiring managers and candidates.

Next to that, you have:

• a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience
• working experience in recruiting for marketing and/or IT positions;
• knowledge of the latest trends of the market and experience with recruitment projects;
• ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm and energy in a flexible working environment;
• excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both written and verbally.
