Profile Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, business analyst with 3 to 5 years of work experience. Someone who likes to be critical about the quality of the solutions we develop; who likes to work in a complex environment with inspiring colleagues, inspiring clients and lots of learning opportunities. Are you a servant leader, have experience with turning client goals into clear requirements and can you coach self-organising teams to achieve great things?

With your ambitions and drive improving every day, you bring energy and inspiration to the team. You will assist in shaping our way of working and build a close relationship with both our team in Nairobi, and also with our customers in the Netherlands.

The Role:

• Doing everything possible to ensure delighting customers .
• Translating customer goals and designs into clearly described requirements on a backlog.
• Representing the company and development team to the customer and the customer to the team.
• Manage customer expectations and create new opportunities with a entrepreneurial mindset.
• Support distributed teams in communicating optimally on distance using Jira & Slack.

You need to bring:

• Experience for at least one year in a software development team that was diligently applying agile principles, practices, and theory. Preferably in the role as business analyst or product owner.

• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, entrepreneurship, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

• Good communication skills, cultural awareness and understanding of english and dutch language
