To speed up and strengthen the digital transformation at ABN AMRO, we are looking for the best agile testers.

• Be a collaborative and engaged member of a multidisciplinary Scrum team, along with mobile and backend developers, designer and product owner.
• You will not rest until every element in the app will work properly and every bug is fixed
• Make sure that every user story has been tested thoroughly – by you and your team mates - before the end of a sprint
• Continuously look how to break our app and how flows and features can be improved
• Cut big changes in small user stories and shippable products
• Increase automated test coverage
• Cooperate over several teams and departments
• Triage bugs reported to determine root cause.
• Use your expertise in the Agile Testing world to influence all members of our Mobile department for the best engineering, development, and quality practices, bug prevention, strategies, testability, accessibility, privacy and other advanced quality concepts across products.
• Getting us to the next level of maturity with respect to continuous delivery and high performing teams

You will be working together with your colleagues in an Agile team in an dynamic and international atmosphere, with plenty of room for fun. Within Mortgages there is a lot of collaboration with the other Scrum teams to make the best Customer Experience for our clients. Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile test engineering
• Familiarity with CI (e.g. Jenkins), debugging (e.g. Charles)
• Experience with mobile automated test tooling like Espresso and XCTest
• Solid experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Kotlin, Swift, Java, Objective-C)
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, such as TDD, BDD
• Strong communication skills, speaking and writing in English
• 5+ years of experience with agile methods and/or scrum framework
• You take ownership of your own and your team delivery (self-steering)
• You have an exploratory mindset, on the lookout for new developments in testing and relevant techniques and tools
• Experience with RESTful API’s, including testing, development, configuration or administration experience in an enterprise environment
• Experience with mocking, faking, stubbing or dummying the backend, as to test the app
• High integrity, energy and enthusiasm
• Experience with source control (e.g. GIT)

 Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with DevOps / security testing
• Playstation 4 gamer (most played game: Fifa 2018)
