Operating at the interface of customer needs and technical possibilities, that is what the Senior Designer Solution Design does every day. Not just delivering what the (internal) customer asks, but researching what he needs, what makes the customer happy. You are THE partner from the network side in the pre-sales process and you also join in the conversations with account managers and business consultants. You discover the questions behind the question and offer the solution fitting the situation in the full width of our portfolio. You are the connection between technology and the organization. In the after-sales process you design the solution in more detail so it can be executed by your colleagues of the network department. The assignments vary greatly in size and complexity. In addition, there are always challenges when it comes to time and money. As a Senior Designer you are happy to face these challenges! The Senior Designer Solution Design we are looking for has a T-profile. The top bar of the T means a lot of 'width knowledge', across the network. The standing bar of the T means that you have in-depth knowledge of at least 1 technique, preferably Voice related. In addition, it means that you can do more than just technology. You like working with people just as much.
