As guardians of the WeTransfer brand, our in-house team of designers, art directors and developers oversees everything we put out into the world, shaping the core building blocks of our products and all of our communications. We work together with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to make sure everything we ship is as ‘WeTransfer’ as people expect.

At the WeTransfer Studio, one of our missions is to curate and produce state of the art ads for industry leading brands helping land their messages to our users (50M monthly) all over the world. Every month we run over 100 international advertising campaigns and this number is growing rapidly. We work with appealing brands directly, with their media and creative agencies, to get beautiful campaigns up and running.

That's why we're on the look-out for a full time Front-end Developer with experience in digital media, to improve our clients advertisements and help us bring the WeTransfer wallpapers to the next level.

With the growing need for more interactive, responsive micro-sites and creatives, you will have to be able to turn around creative briefs rapidly and provide good insights into the feasibility of upcoming projects. You will be working closely with the rest of the studio, but have full responsibility for your own executions.

We are always looking for the best visual execution, but have to deliver performing creatives when it comes to engagement and conversion, so it's ideal if you know what increases this.

A front-end developer to create even higher quality products. You take pride in making sure end results look and feel great, are perfectly executed, but are aware of what increases user engagement and conversion. You have excellent skills in HTML/CSS/Javascript, notable experience with animations and image optimisation, knowledge of trackers and ad-serving is a big plus.
