Senior Operational and IT Risk Manage in Den Haag

Function The Senior Operational Risk and IT Manager reports to the Head of Operational Risk Management of Aegon Bank.

Maintaining, developing and enhancing the Operational Risk Management framework supported by a strong, underlying risk management culture, in addition for the specifics of IT and BCM and supporting Aegon Bank in consistent application of this framework.
Support the oversight and challenge of the approach to operational risk across Aegon Bank. In your role you will closely work together with all ORM team members and Aegon Bank 1^st line.
  Requirements Maintaining, developing and enhancing the Operational Risk Management framework supported by a strong, underlying risk management culture, in addition for the specifics of IT and BCM and supporting Aegon Bank in consistent application of this framework.
Support the oversight and challenge of the approach to operational risk across Aegon Bank. In your role you will closely work together with all ORM team members and Aegon Bank 1^st line.

• Establish the implementation and maintenance of the ORM framework (policy and methodology) across Aegon Bank, ensuring the framework is regularly updated for developing industry and regulatory practices
• Maintaining and enhancing the standards and requirements for the global internal control framework and control environment for IT, data management and Business Continuity Management
• Performing the second line risk monitoring, challenge and reporting on all risk matters in IT and BCM
• Oversee the alignment of related non-financial risk management frameworks, methodologies and systems
• Lead the establishment, implementation and maintenance of appropriate risk systems across Aegon Bank, ensuring consistency in methodology and structure
• Support senior management of Aegon Bank to develop and lead a culture that values and rewards strong and effective operational risk management
• Prepare regular reporting deliverables to update Sr. management
• Build an effective relationship with relevant stakeholders, identify internal control best practices which should be shared within the function
