Your team is located in Enschede and you will report to the Product Lead Back Office in Amsterdam. Scrum and agile come naturally to you, as well as motivating developers to tackle new and interesting challenge. You can deliver high-quality work within a challenging time frame and are able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Your job
- Translate business requirements into clear and fully defined technical stories
- Creating clear and practical roadmaps for new products and features
- Managing sprint planning and coordinate releases
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to keep everyone up-to-date
- Adapt in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Providing vision and direction to your team to deliver value constantly and iteratively
- Setting up effective KPIs to track the performance of our products
- Academic degree and technical background
- At least 5 years of experience in product management
- Experience working in agile development teams
- Able to oversee and deliver on large-scale projects
- Focussed on finding practical solutions to complex problems
- Collaborative in nature with strong communication and presentation skills
- Practical and result-driven, with a commitment to quality and attention to details
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience in Sales and Finance is a plus
