We are looking for someone to join our Core Services team and focus on Ad Tech. You'll be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of our entire wallpaper stack, from third-party integrations (like OpenX), to our own backend and backoffice systems, to how our creative studio produces ads, to how we serve ads to clients, to how we measure their impact. Together with the rest of the Core Services team you will take your ideas from implementation to production, serving our millions of users. You'll work closely with the Sales team, product teams, and occasionally with external consultants for specific integration work.

When we first decided that a platform should have ‘non-traditional’ advertising, people thought we were crazy (they still do!). • Solid JS skills and experience with at least one backend language
• Experience working with advertising platforms and advertising analytics tools
• Experience in building cloud-based solutions
  
• Affinity with UX
  
• Broad technical and creative interests (we'd love to see any side projects you did)
  
• Self-directed, analytical, highly responsible and working well in a team environment
• Open to new ideas, perspectives, and solutions
• Quick delivery of end-to-end solutions to validate ideas and produce quality products.
  
• Strong verbal and written communications skills (English)

• Experience developing with React and Ruby
  
• Experience doing SEO for high-traffic websites
• Experience implementing OpenX
