Feature Engineer Workplace Security Services
Are you a seasoned and eager IT workplace Services Specialist? And can you engineer and steer services in a complex technical and challenging international environment for 60.000 users in 40+ countries?
We are looking for ambitious colleagues who can drive our cutting edge workplace services to continuously improve and protect our global workplace. You will be part of a squad responsible for global Office 365 services such as Mail Intune, Sharepoint (online) and file (cloud) services.
Who are we?
We are Tribe Workplace at ING, part of global Tech Infra, and we deliver workplace services for 60.000 colleagues worldwide (40+ countries). We ensure that our colleagues can work safely by any means (or everything), everywhere and anytime, any device, wherever they are: at home, in the office or in another country. Specifically, we provide managed end-users devices such as laptops, (virtual) desktops, Collaboration Services (Video, Audio conferencing, Skype and Telephony services, Mail and SharePoint) and end-user support through a global Servicedesk. We manage Office 365 and work with suppliers to deliver the support on outsourced services and infrastructure.
What are you going to do?
You will be responsible for:
- Service setup and delivery of one or multiple Office 365 services and for steering initiatives and determining the priority of work in alignment with the Product owner of your squad
- operational and tactical management of the Office 365 services including assessing and rolling out new Office 365 feature in alignment with the business
- operational and tactical management our automation platform
- working closely together with our suppliers and building a partnership with them regarding our outsourced services.
- balancing between an excellent user experience and effectiveness for the delivery of your services.
- identifying, qualifying and reducing the risks in your services and focusing on improving our IT security controls and risk exposure
- working on risk & security topics within the Officer 365 area, delivering and providing evidence which will be included of our Operational Control Dashboard
Who are you?
You are:
- Knowledgeable and/or passionate about Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, Intune, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, Stream, Azure AD etc.) service with experience in infrastructure and preferably also other workplace services such as Windows 10, virtual desktop technology
- knowledgeable and experienced with with scripting (PowerShell/rest API’s) and managing automation platforms based on Azure automation
- You are eager to continuously grow this knowledge and apply it in a demanding global, complex and regulated environment.
- driven by providing an excellent user-experience to your ING colleagues through fast delivery of secure workplace services that are easy to use and meet all the risk, security and compliance requirements defined internally and from our external regulators.
Your backpack contains
- at least completed a technical HBO degree and IT experience and preferably you have relevant Microsoft certification.
- excellent analytical, social skills and are able to communicate in English.
- Ambition; you have the capability to grow within ING and take responsibility for outstanding performance of the services the squad delivers
- Curiousity: You seek or continuous improvement and innovations in your area of expertise.
