There are three parts identified:

  • Know Your Customer (KYC)
Provides tech delivery and covers the applications Financial Crime and Risk Management (FCRM), NameScreening and the Know Your Customer Generic Engine Module (KYC_GEM). FCRM is used to monitor transactions on money laundering activities. NameScreening is a tool to screen (potential) customers against several lists like Political Exposed Persons, Terrorists, World Check. KYC_GEM provides a generic engine that is available through a robust 24/7 API that can be used by any ING entity to screen their customers. Furthermore KYC covers the applications Global Reference Data Management (GRDM) and Document Information as a Service (DIaaS)
  • Cross Product Tooling Consists of two areas:
2.1 Integration: The Integration department delivers the TIBCO platforms for Financial Markets, Payments, Channels and Lending (GxIP and MBTB). We maintain and improve the platform on reliability, efficiency, scalability, reusability and security. With the TIBCO platforms we support the integration via TIBCO BW and workflow management with TIBCO BPM. In 2019 we will migrate and improve the workflow solutions currently running in TIBCO BPM, such as Lend@ING, FM@ING and PAM@ING towards PEGA Case Management. Furthermore new workflow initiatives will be initiated on PEGA. We also support the Payments Investigations via PSI (PEGA Smart Invest).
2.2 Vantage/GRID: covers the applications Vantage and GRID, delivers squads for TPA regarding OnePAM. Vantage is a suite of in-house build Java applications covering Risk Management, Agreement Management provided in a 360 degrees customer view, used by more than 11.000 users globally. GRID is an in-house build application registering all Customers for Wholesale Banking
  • Data Management
