DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a System Engineer for our Amsterdam office to make our team even stronger.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining Windows server and workstation environments, including knowledge of Active Directory, and managing Windows security updates
- Experience orchestrating security patching for Windows servers and workstations
- Ability to maintain Dell Server hardware, including monitoring for hardware failures, and planning for and replacement of failed components
- Ability to maintain label printers and bar code scanners
- Basic understanding of Networking, including ability to do basic network trouble-shooting. (including physical cabling)
- Ability to participate in On-Call rotation for managed systems
- Act as remote hands for Network and Infra Teams
Nice to have
- Experience maintaining Windows servers running SQL Server or SQL Server experience is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with Google cloud
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Puppet and Terraform is a plus
