Strategy Innovation & Architecture Advisor III (438T12) - Utrecht

To develop and maintain target IT architecture from an International perspective, describing related baseline architectures and analysis of gaps both on a structural and ad hoc (project) base in a way that facilitates decision making and proper alignment of IT assets. Management of internal and external stakeholder concerns by demonstrating how proposed infrastructure set up contributes to the reliability, security, flexibility and cost efficiency of the organization

• • Acting as a Sparring partner for changes performed by the team
  • Proposing changes in line with infrastructure strategy
  • Contributing to the maintenance of life cycle management
  • Delivering future state architectures and roadmaps
  • Helping and supporting management with preparing and maintaining budget
  • Contributing to the definition of global standards.
  • Managing stakeholders across multiple local and International departments.
  • Translating business functional requirements into infrastructure requirements
  • Has significant knowledge of multiple (new) technologies, products, business processes or architecture
  • Creating easy to read and structured documents and visualisations and keeping those up to date
  • Thoroughly understands the security requirements for their domain. Ensures and increases security of their domain. Understands security controls and risk policies and the links this to business value
  • Translating risk policies to architectural guidelines
  • Maintaining (strategic) supplier relationships with one or more suppliers in their own domain
  • Experience with the principles of agile development is highly preferred
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to support other ICT activities, projects, or countries.
  • Ability and willingness to work and travel internationally

• Higher Level Education
• Minimum 4 Years’ Experience in a multiuser ICT environment preferably in a Financial organisation.
• Experience in a complex environment (internal and external stakeholders, different time zones, different cultures)
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile working methodologies
• Knowledge of the different aspects of IT architectures (hardware, middleware, connectivity, security, cloud)
• Knowledge and experience in architecture implementations and related methods, tools and frameworks (TOGAF and Archimate)
