Enterprise Data Steward III (A13T10) - Amsterdam

As an Enterprise Data Steward within Chief Architect & Data Management (CADM), you are the one who supports all business entities (including CADM teams) with developing and executing trainings and communication about data (management) solutions and the implementation of Data Governance.

Within CADM the team Data Awareness & Education is responsible for increasing awareness on data management the usage of data and improving data quality. By developing and organizing workshops, trainings and presentations to transfer knowledge on the above subjects to our colleagues in the different Business Lines. You create awareness and involvement within the organisation by developing and execute campaigns, publications, meetings and all other communication means. You facilitate and work on the maintenance of the bank wide data management communities targeting knowledge and competences. By informal and formal meetings with different stakeholders you stay informed on the topics related to data and data management. As Enterprise Data Steward you are part of the Data Quality Management team within CADM and work closely with Enterprise Data Advisors and Data Quality Grid members. With the stakeholders from the eight different Business Lines you will have regular meetings to align. Of course you don’t perform all these tasks alone. You will work with a team of colleagues on this program to raise data awareness bank wide.
 

You have great communication skills. You understand the importance of good data management and the impact on the organization. You are able to quickly comprehend complex matters, deduct them into the essential parts and explain them clearly. You listen carefully to the wishes of your stakeholders but can also convince them, based on strong arguments, to train or communicate to make the most impact.
You are resourceful and by using your knowledge insight and approachability built and maintain good relations to help the business lines their training and communication activities.

• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in communication, marketing or training in a corporate environment
• You have (demonstrable) affinity with data and technology
• You have excellent communication skills

• You can plan, are self-organized and meticulous

 You have experience in:　

• Creating campaigns, design and the newest communication means
• Culture- and behaviour implementations in a large organization
• Agile/Lean or working project-based

 Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of the business entities of the bank (e.g. the organisational structure)
• Industry Standards DAMA/DM-BOK.

You will work for the department CADM Data Quality Management with the specific topic data awareness and education. You will be part of a diverse team of internal and external colleagues who enable the business lines of the bank to become data driven.
