At VodafoneZiggo we want to offer the best quality to our customers. Whether it concerns Voice or Data, we want to offer our customers an optimum and excellent performing network. And if you finalize one or more of our programs in our network domain (Core, Transport or Access) successfully, you contribute to the our goal to improve our network.

You translate every program you are responsible for into projects and will make sure every single one of the projects will have a successful result.

Your daily work as a Network Deploy Manager has a direct consequence to the way our customers are able to use their phones and computers. Always. Everywhere.

This is how you do it

• Responsibility; you are responsible for budgets (€ 10-20 million), the planning and the sourcing of your program(s), as well for the translation to goals
• Communication; you make sure your team members and stakeholders know what the expectations and the timelines are. 
  But you also communicate and connect with partners, suppliers and other parties to ensure that everything is delivered according to agreement
• Focus; your focus is the quality of the program and develop “best practices” and tools to manage your programs and projects
• Risk management; before starting, you know the risks and mitigations. You are up-to-date on the ratios between your and other programs and how they can influence each other

The “Mobile Deploy & Infrastructure” team in Network Mobile has more than 20 enthusiastic employees, who are eager to meet you!

This close-knit team of deploy managers is responsible for all projects and programs that make the quality of our mobile network (even) better. You’ve got what it takes
With your enthusiasm, open mind and energetic personality you will guide each program to the desired result, fine-tuning quality, time and planning. Thanks to your structured way of working, you are constantly aware of all the facets of the program, switching and intervening where necessary. You are familiar with the world of networking and/or telecom and you have mastered the language of business and technology. For this position you also the following:

• an HBO or WO diploma in a technical or business administration field
• between 5 and 8 years of experience as a deploy manager or program manager in a network related work environment
• a decent track record when it comes to experience with complex program or project management.
