Your jobIn this job you will be responsible for leading and developing multiple teams of developers, involved in the development and implementation of massively scalable mobile ecommerce systems and services. As a true people manager, with a lot of experience in native mobile development, you will build great teams and drive commitment and responsibility. In an international, energetic, hyper-growth environment you will make sure that there is a perfect balance between stability and cutting edge innovation.
Your profile
- Experience as a (senior) manager mobile app development
- Experience in highly available and massively scalable ecommerce systems and services
- You have lead an agile team comprised of talented and committed developers, Quality Assurance professionals, Scrum Master, Product Owners and analysts before
- Experience in partnering with Business and IT teams at multiple levels to drive alignment and delivery of complex problems.
- Strong experience in DevOps, Microservices, Cloud, Web and Native technologies
- Strong knowledge of technology selection, architecture, and full stack implementation
- Massive Team player
- Always keen on helping people, culture, processes and management to get to the next level
- Experience in transforming teams from a 'classic' into an agile and multidisciplinary model
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills in English
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
