Your job

Within our day-to-day work our team (functionally) supports multiple applications within the international domain. These applications lead to incidents which have to be dealt with as efficiently as possible to ensure that tickets are being resolved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) we agreed upon with our vendors. That’s why we are currently looking for an intern to inspect how “incident tickets” (events, requests, and incidents) flow among the different resolving parties (IBM, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, etc.), check their resolve time, and eventually provide insights on how to deal with these tickets more efficiently.Additionally, you will have to deep dive into the effectiveness of the so-called “Knowledge Articles” in order to provide recommendations on how to improve them and implementing them if possible. Their information will allow the Helpdesk to solve tickets more quickly.Your activities will include:

  • Using Celonis to deep dive into the available data on incidents.
  • Analysing the data gathered.
  • Participating in our team meetings.
  • Discussing current flows within our Functional Support teams and challenge our vendors.
  • Formulating improvement plans to increase the quality of the information of the tickets and decrease their re-assignments within our different incident flows.
