As a senior CRM MS Dynamics 365 business developer you are co-responsible for the delivery of the bankwide CRM transition program. You will be part of the CRM grid, work in multi-disciplinary teams and work on multiple CRM related topics boosting our employee and customer experience. Your work will directly impact 11.000 employees. So if you are looking for an awesome challenge and dare to join one of the biggest CRM transitions in NL, please let us know!  As a senior CRM business developer you engage in product, process and business consultancy actions. Employee/Client validations, innovation, implementation, risk analyses and business embedding are your core activities. With that you will help to execute our NextGen CRM strategy based on in-depth understanding of both employee (users) and customer demands. Your results will support the development of new CRM capabilities supporting all business lines. Because of your deep MSD365 knowledge you can do this based on the OOTB capabilities.From there, you will support the development of innovative CRM capabilities, for example connecting all available customer channels or adding AI. This means listening to your CRM target audience in the design phase, as well as running experiments and pilots to (in)validate new propositions/ ways of working.Once a capability is validated, you will make sure we understand all the risks of the new way of working, all the processes are in place, and internal and external communication are in place. In short: you will deliver on the business embedding of the new process and make sure the CRM capability is solid and works fine.

Do we have a match? Check your profile:

• You have a minimum of 6 years MS Dynamics implementation experience
• You have implemented CRM processes in complex multi business line organizations, preferably in a financial institution (pre)
• You know MS Dynamics 365 from inside out (certification is a pre) and are a natural knowledge sharer
• You have excellent communication skills that allow you to articulate your ideas to both engineers and business stakeholders as well as external stakeholders
• You embrace the agile way of working
• You have a focus on data-driven decision making and measurable results
• You have affinity with technology, specifically Microsoft Dynamics products
• You have knowledge about the other Microsoft clouds eg Azure and O365 (pre)
• Native Dutch speaker
