That’s where you come in. Our Junior Database Administrator helps find those practical solutions that keep everything operational and is a handy point of contact for colleagues. Based in our Enschede tech hub, you’ll have chance to learn and develop within an office of IT superstars.

Working with a team lead, our Junior Database Administrator will help find resolutions for IT issues across our database landscape. You’ll be using database logs and getting to grips with the models we use, building valuable knowledge in the process.

Already used MySQL or MariaDB? That’s a big box ticked. You’ll be working on database replication within MySQL, helping to solve basic technical issues. For complex problems, you also know how to escalate issues to the right stakeholders. Sound good? There’s more…

We also need a good communicator, in person and on paper. Your day-to-day duties will involve interacting with people across Takeaway.com to help find resolutions, as well as putting together business correspondence and documenting issues.
