The CRM grids supports all front office employees of all business lined to find relevant customer information in one place. But we do much more, we expose CRM capabilities to our customers, help to enable digital banking and introduce a new cloud based technology stack to facilitate NextGen CRM capabilities.

Your job

DART is one of the value delivery teams in the CRM grid. DART stands for Data And Reporting Team. We are responsible for distributing domain data to make it accessible to consumers as well as creating and maintaining operational reports. Having just moved to the private cloud and looking forward to the transition to a NextGen CRM system, means we are looking for a real pioneer. You will work in this team as an IT Development Engineer and work on all the items on the backlog. This means activities such as:

  • Gathering requirements, regulations and wishes from stakeholders
  • Break down big requirements into user stories which are shippable and deliver value
  • Depending on your skills: all scrum activities such as Design, Analyse, Program, Test and Ops.
  • Working on new technologies on cloud(Azure) and non-cloud platforms like Kafka, Change Data Capture , Scala , Informatica, Power BI.
  • Working closely with other teams within the grid and outside to deliver the best result for our stakeholders

The CRM  grid is part of Enabling Domain. Enabling is an dynamic organisation with a big diversity of changes which we handle in an Agile way. We use innovative technologies to deliver the best value to our customer in an efficient way.

  • Able to challenge the customer by asking questions and drill down on the requirements
  • Eye for quality
  • Experience with Agile Way of Working and exited to be part of our DevOps Journey
  • Eager to learn & getting started
  • You feel motivated to stay up to date on your various areas of expertise
  • You thrive in a team but are also fine with working on your tasks individually
  • You easily present the team’s results to a wide range of (internal) stakeholders
  • You prioritise and plan your work. You pro-actively share your planned approach and expect to receive feedback as readily as you give it to others
  • You feel responsible for delivering the common tasks assigned to your team according to the structure and guidelines agreed upon
  • You effectively manage and build on your relationships with partners, stakeholders and (team)colleagues
  • You have the hands-on approach that is needed to get things done in a small team
  • Gather and process all types of data including raw, structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
  • Plan effective data storage, security, sharing and publishing within the organization.
  • Ensure data quality and implement tools and frameworks for automating the identification of data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external data providers on data validation providing feedback and making customised changes to data feeds and data mapping's.
  • Development experience in some of the tools of our technology stack
  • Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design and development.
