Are you a Windows 10 expert and do you have experience in modern management via Intune? We are looking for a new colleague who can help us with the in-place upgrade for Windows 10 and cloud based workplace worldwide.

Someone that will become the expert in deploying Windows as a Service.

What you will be doing

At ING we implemented a hybrid based Windows 10 and O365 based workplace worldwide.

Within the Windows 10 squad you are responsible for the deployment and management of Windows as a Service, where Microsoft release a new Windows version every 6 months, and ING needs to keep up with this pace.

A day in the live

Yesterday you had the meeting with the networking team to analyse last week’s deployment of the new W10 version, and the impact on the network when the first 2000 colleagues performed their upgrade.

Today you help out a packaging request which has not been processed completely yet but has a high priority.

Next topic is to discuss with your fellow squad members the priorities set for the next quarter, before the PO puts them in the Quarterly Business Review.

Before lunch you test the next release of W10 which is just delivered by our supplier.

During lunch time you sit outside with your team and enjoy the sun and a nice sandwich. After lunch you meet to take the next moving from SCCM to Intune.

You plan the update of the new Adobe Reader software,  and you have meeting with second line risk on the new evidence for the risk controls.

And the last activity is to call in on meeting with Italy on the issues they in deploying the new W10 version. A very busy but fruitful day! Can’t wait till tomorrow.

• As part of an Agile team, you support the product owner towards international stakeholders and can discuss your services with everyone including ING senior management
• You deliver on your squad’s Quarterly Business Review targets
• You evaluate NPS measurements and use those to initiate and realize service improvements and enhance customer satisfaction
• You are responsible for marketing and communications towards ING colleagues and for propagating knowledge about your services
• You aid in identifying, qualifying and reducing the risks in your services and focus on improving our IT-security control
• You work closely with the Security and Architecture functions in improvements of the existing services, the enablement of new features and driving the squads services roadmap

How to succeed

• You are customer focused, inquisitive, ambitious, curious, a driven person with sharp analytical skills
• You offer your expertise to stakeholders and are capable of convincing ING Senior Management of your plans
• You actively seek for improvements and innovations and assume responsibility for the performance of the squad’s services
• You are proficient at English and you have excellent communication skills
• You have at least 3 years of experience on Windows 10  build and the supporting platforms like SCCM.

You have relevant experience and understanding of:

• Active directory & Azure Active Directory
• Intune
• Office 365
• Microsoft Store for Business
• Scripting skills VB / PowerShell
• You have knowledge of IT-risks and are able to reduce these risks in your services to ensure that the organization can keep a firm grip on security and thus prevent or limit any damage to ING
