As Lead UX Researcher, it’s your job to shape and build our product research in a hands-on role. That means creating a roadmap for our research needs and developing a structure for the research we do going forward. You’ll also be finding participants for validated testing – setting up key tests for our apps and websites.
Ready to add the right ingredients to our research? You’ll help define how we do everything – from which software we use, to the areas of customer habits we focus on. And you’re confident delivering that data to our Product team, enabling them to continue innovating.
So, we’re looking for someone with good communication skills and a strong knowledge of how product teams work. You’ll also use your interpersonal skills to mentor juniors in the team, as well as advising and challenge other stakeholders in the business.
You’re also going to manage researchers in a number of our international offices - including Amsterdam and Berlin. That means advising them on techniques, ensuring alignment across all our research areas and helping to grow the team.
