Your typical week tasks include:
- Owning, Improving and Building solutions within scope of our IT landscape (networking, processing capacity, telephony and technical database management)
- Optimizing back-end to Azure cloud
- Maintaining, Improving and Monitoring High Availability VMWare/HP VSA hardware, HP Switches, Cisco Meraki, Mitel Voip PBX system, Wireless Network, Physical Server
- Assisting in PoC Appliance deployments
- Monitoring Support and Improving Office 365, Azure, VMWare environment, Load Balancing, gateway solution data-centers (PfSense)
- Installing and configuring Windows and Linux based virtual machines
- Troubleshooting and solving major incidents
This job might be for you if you have / are:
- 5+ years of experience as System Engineer in larger organization
- In-Dept knowledge of Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Voip, Networking, Configuration of HP/Cisco network equipment (routers & switches)
- Pre: Certified Windows Administrator plus any other relevant certifications
- Pre: experience designing and optimizing networks in China and USA
- Nice to have: Azure Cloud knowledge and experience
- Independent attitude, positive team member, hands-on, capable of extensive troubleshooting.
