In this exciting role at our main Technology office in Enschede you will need to find a happy medium between being a true team enabler and a hands-on Software Developer.
The team is involved in the development and implementation of massively scalable Back Office systems. These systems are forming an ecosystem of several applications managing a wide range of crucial business processes. From a technical perspective you will be the driving force behind the modernization of the technical stack.
When it comes to team building, your expertise in working with people will motivate and inspire them to reach outstanding success. You will mentor and coach the team while working closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master. In an international, energetic, hyper-growth environment you will make sure that there is a perfect balance between stability and cutting edge innovation.
