BRIGHT Portfolio Support Operations Analyst (PMO) in Eindhoven

The BRIGHT program is one of the largest integration and transformation program within VodafoneZiggo. With over 30 vendors, multiple infrastructure eco-systems and a program team numbering in the 100s, this is one of the largest undertakings for VodafoneZiggo. This exciting program now has an opening for a driven and meticulous Portfolio Support Operations Analyst.

The main goal of this program is to integrate all our customers into one stack, to make VodafoneZiggo one company, technologically and ready for becoming a Digital Telco.

The program has been set up in Scaled agile (SAFe) and you will be responsible for supporting all Agile ceremonies, collating and producing Agile artefacts and enabling the smooth running of the BRIGHT Program. One of your core responsibilities will be  to organize and prepare for large impactful program events such as PI Planning and making sure that they are run in the best way possible. In addition, you will be managing the governance of the program, prepare, summarize and follow up on SteerCo meetings and manage the repository of all information relevant to the program in Sharepoint including user access management. Your role will also entail managing the risks, issues, impediments and the decision log within the program.

Your experience
You will need to have the following experience :

• A Bachelor degree and at least 3 years experience in a similar position.
• A true organizational talent, who is the spider in the BRIGHT web
• Excellent multi-tasking, prioritisation and speedy yet accurate working.
• Excellent in stakeholder management and a strong team player
• Self-sufficient, resilient, used to working in a fast-pace environment under pressure
• Knowledge/experience with (SAFe) Agile is preferred.
• Knowledge of Sharepoint is a prerequisite.
