As an Innovation and Proposition Designer you will get involved in all aspects of proposition design from initial insight and idea generation, through proposition and customer experience definition, to planning and launching.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate customer, market and business insights
• Idea generation, concept development and prioritization
• Create propositions, market positioning, and commercial models
• Define, prototype and test customer experience concepts
• Contribute to the build and launch of a minimum viable product and marketing strategy

As an individual joining our team, we expect that you feel comfortable working in an Agile team, working closely with the client and team members.

Being an Innovation and Proposition Designer:

• You should have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. Strategic Design, Product Design)
• You have some experience across different parts the proposition design toolkit – customer insight, market and trends analysis, idea generation, creating propositions, building commercial models, prototyping, customer experience design, including hands on prototyping and UI mock ups
• You probably have some consulting experience, although this isn’t essential
• You have experience facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders and running meetings
• You are a creative problem solver and structured thinker, and comfortable with a hypothesis driven approach
• You are comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can be flexible and adaptable in your approach when needed
• You have excellent communication skills and you’re a natural storyteller – you know how to structure information in a compelling way
• You seek out and develop relationships with existing and future clients, on and off project
• You likely have some entrepreneurial experience, working with start-ups or ventures, or maybe you’ve run your own business
• You can quickly produce visual deliverables that bring a proposition to life, e.g. booklets, posters and videos
• Technical skills in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, Power Point; skills in other tools for rapid prototyping solutions are a plus
