Together you will set the Strategy following the trademark Monitor Zoom out – Zoom in methodology and drive its execution.

The team runs various strategic projects including, but not limited to:

• projects regarding Corporate and Business Unit Strategy;
• periodic zoom out (market trends, key innovations, competitive analysis, etc.) research;
• periodic zoom in (performance against strategy of Business and Industry teams) research;
• M&A strategy / due diligence;
• business Cases;
• content support for strategic executive communication;
• strategic PMO.

You operate in a small and focused team within the Group Support Centre of Deloitte NL, mostly operating out of The Edge, our flagship office building in Amsterdam. • analytical and interpersonal excellence, as well as demonstrated leadership;
• an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch;
• a strong intellectual curiosity and appetite for learning;
• specific interest in corporate strategy, as well as commitment to your personal goals and developments, to our firm to our community and its values;
• a firm understanding of stakeholder management and how strategy turns into action
• a university or bachelor's degree;
• above average grades (in high school, university, MBA);
• at least 10 years of relevant working experience in corporate strategy or strategy consulting and strategy execution role;
• previous experience at Deloitte or comparable professional services organizations is a plus;
• ability to oversee and guide several projects ;
• strong analytical and systematic problem solving skills.
