To ensure high software and systems quality standards from the very beginning we apply test-driven development and implement automated pipelines across different platforms while focusing hard on results, efficiency, and consistency.

So what's the job

Catawiki’s promise to users is that we’ll help them find the objects they love, and then we’ll take care of the rest. That means that auctions are 100% curated by experts, we speak the same language as our users, we make shipping smooth and easy, and their payment is always safe with us! 

As a key player in our Logistics team, you’ll be building and optimising the customer journey of sending and receiving the special objects. Our team’s goal is to provide a seamless and delightful fulfilment process. We want to give sellers the tools to ship in an efficient manner and for our buyers that they always know where their item is.  

With the ultimate goal in mind to provide frictionless user experience for Catawiki customers, you'll work on building a solid software quality strategy to ensure the highest quality across our systems and software.

You'll move in sync with…

You'll work with developers across the stack on quality of our releases by performing functional, integration and regression testing, setting up test cases and reviewing product specifications on testability.

You'll also work with engineers on bringing our testing automation on the next level further improving delivery reliability and automated quality assessment.

A little about you

Being a Quality Assurance Engineer within Catawiki you’re closely familiar with:

• Quality assurance and defect management of desktop and mobile platforms.
• Execution of functional, integration & regression testing.
• Setting up test cases & scenarios.
• Automating testing around critical user journey and ongoing releases.
• Improving the overall QA processes by implementing templates and procedures.

Nice to have

• Proven experience of testing complex user interfaces.
• Experience of testing high traffic websites and performance testing.
