What are you going to do:

At YoungCapital's tech department in Hoofddorp we have 60 developers building technological innovations in a data-driven and agile way. Together, we work on many impressive applications, and we build the vast majority of these ourselves. For example, all the 30 job websites that are part of YoungCapital and their databases, but also the YoungCapital app, our own ATS (Applicant Tracking System), an e-learning environment we call University, machine learning algorithms and many many more. To strengthen and support our tech deparment we are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will become a part of our Platform team and will report to the head of IT. Although the team is very collaborative and cooperative, you are able to work independently.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implementation of the technical infrastructure and operations for our cloud services.
• Building, maintaining and updating our infrastructure on the cloud.
• Working closely with developers and IT teams to facilitate development/deployment autonomy and ease.
• Provide application and infrastructure support.
• Advise on the roadmap for infrastructure and technical services.
