What you will do?

Within ING, Loan IQ has been identified as the target application for the global Wholesale Banking Lending portfolio. At this moment we are in the processing of on-boarding new portfolios into Loan IQ. We have also started with implementing the next major Loan IQ version upgrade. In ING we have one global instance of Loan IQ. As a technical Loan IQ ops engineer you are responsible for the smooth running and availability of our Loan IQ environments. You are also responsible for deployment of releases/fixes as provided by Finastra in our environments.

Your primary tasks would include:

• Running and maintaining the Loan IQ environments
• Carrying out Loan IQ system administrator tasks.
• Automated deployment of Loan IQ releases/patches/fixes
• Regular infrastructure patching of the Loan IQ environments
• Setting up and upgrading the monitoring of our Loan IQ environments to proactively detect and resolve incidents.
• Setting up and upgrading the CI/CD pipeline for Loan IQ
• Handling the change/incident/problem process for the Loan IQ application

Who are you?

You are an ambitious and experienced Loan IQ technical expert with a DevOps mindset. You add value to any team based on your knowledge. You are passionate, bring new ideas, open to others suggestion and a great team player. You have good communication skills and open to learn new skills. You are on top of market trends like cloud deployments, containerization and are at ease talking about how technology as well as Lending is evolving.

• In-depth hands on experience in the technical Loan IQ setup and system administration- this area holds no secret for you.
• Knowledge of the Loan IQ data model
• Knowledge of Loan IQ API’s and how to interface with them
• Hands on experience of CI/CD- experience of using Azure DevOps is a plus
• Experience of using monitoring and visualization tools like – graphite, grafana
• Knowledge of automated deployment tools like Ansible
• Knowledge of Linux and Oracle
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and containers is a plus
• Knowledge about ITIL processes- prior experience of working in a Agile Scrum team is a plus
• Functional knowledge of Loan IQ and the Lending Domain is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Your education, experience and background:

Education at Bachelor/Master level.

Relevant Loan IQ experience: 6+ years
