Real Estate Finance (REF) is a part of ING that manages commercial real estate loans. One of the systems used for this is SAP. The SAP functional and technical application management is carried out by the DevOps team in Amsterdam. As an experienced SAP Ops Engineer / basic consultant you make an active contribution to the daily operation of the DevOps SAP support team.

You work on solving changes and incidents on a daily basis. You are able to provide technical support with upgrades and to work with your team members on solving technically complex issues. You have experience with performing SAP upgrades and reading in support packages. In addition, ING is planning to bring the application to the cloud. Integration of the application with other surrounding systems will also be a part of the job.

Support for changes and disruptions, risk & security guidelines become an important part of your work. You have knowledge of this issue, you can come up with solutions and you know how to communicate with risk management departments within ING. You know about SOX, ITRiskManagement (access mgt, password vault, access checks, penetration test, Uat, Fat etc.) Compliancy rules, Pipelines. Knowledge of ING risk & compliance policies is an advantage.

• At least 5 yrs experience with SAP System management and upgrades and installation projects

• Experience with applying security guidelines to SAP systems

• Integration experience with SAP and other Systems

• Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standardx64 Edition

• LDAP / AD

• Azure MFA

• Citrix, XFB, API’s,

• MS SQL

• Adobe

• SCRUM / DEVOPS / Agile way of working

• Bachelor education

Would be a good addition if you know:

• SAP ABAP

• SAP Upgrades

• SAP HANA

• Banking, Real Estate Financing and regulators

• Risk & security guidelines: SOX, IT Risk Management (access management, password vault, access checks, penetration test, Uat, Fat etc.), compliancy rules, pipelines.
