We are looking for a BlockChain Infrastructure Architect/Feature Engineer to coordinate and grow use of DLT systems developed in the innovations arm of ING Wholesale Banking. You will work together with the POs and engineers of our DLT organization as well as initiative leads from other Tribes. What you’ll do

• Adoption of DLT solutions researched and prepared in Wholesale Banking innovation by product Tribes of ING Wholesale Banking

• Working with Product Owners and Customer Journey Experts you will align Tribe integration plans by slicing and sizing features into quarterly committed feature backlogs

• Preparing designs and architectures for cost-effective ways of deploying nodes of different blockchains

• Closing the loop with ING-to-FinTech requirements; Working with Procurement, KYC, Tax, Legal and risk officers for a successful on-boarding

• Liaising with our core DLT partners such as Corda Network Foundation on the minimum standards we require from the operation of our DLT solutions

How to succeed

• Master of Science in Computer Science or an equivalent field

• Good hands-on knowledge of one of the main distributed ledger technologies: Corda, Enterprise Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric

• Deep interest in Cryptography and fluence in modern Enterprise IT architectures

• Good understanding of IT Risk frameworks

• You are comfortable with documenting IT solutions using modern modelling languages such as UML. Experience with TOGAF is a plus

• Knowledge of one of our core business domains: PCM, Trade Finance, WCS, FM, Lending.

• You have experience in coordinating complex IT projects spanning multiple teams in more than one department

• Good understanding of DevOps practices including Git, CI/CD, test automation and monitoring.

• Strong technical leadership experience in leading diverse groups of technical people, ability to convince based on facts

• Fluent in written and spoken English
