Business Technology Organization (BTO) combines IT Operations Management, Tactical Partner Management and Digital Workspace.
Within BTO we have 30 colleagues providing excellent service to our customers from a first-time-right for an outstanding-price-point of view. We look beyond (current) applications and include the needs of the entire Eneco Group. IT Operations Management focusses on primary business processes and safeguards Eneco's expectations and obligations towards customers and suppliers in the field of legislation and regulations, compliance and security.
As Tech Lead IT Operations you focus on realizing progress, quality & delivery of our system teams effort in daily management and development of Eneco's application landscape.
You support, facilitate and coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously which are working on continuous delivery, cloud transitioning and application management. Key aspect is that you challenge the design of new and current cloud applications with the Design Authority. In addition, you are responsible for:
You push development making sure guidelines are followed and procedures are clear. You ensure predictable availability and performance for our business units, providing ongoing support. You are responsible for the performance and availability of the landscape and technical architecture and act as the IT conscious of the Service Integrator.
- Understanding and analyzing the different IT landscapes within the Eneco Group, chains and the relationship between them;
- Making proposals for improvement on new and existing infrastructures, applications and implementations;
- Advising teams in the development and implementation of new cloud/infrastructure, CI / CD and test management solutions;
- Implementing and making policy regarding cloud and infrastructure in collaboration with the various partners;
- Managing and supporting the DevOps engineers within cloud and infrastructure, as well as CI / CD and test management;
- You are a seasoned Tech Lead and have been through several fast learning curves and you can quickly adapt to new environments and situations. You have guts, a high energy level, a positive attitude and execution power in order to realize goals in an ever faster changing organization. You translate complex problems into practical solutions, and you know how the challenge, drive and persuade your teams and improve quality and delivery.
- At least five years of relevant work experience, as Azure Cloud specialist within a complex environment;
- Experience with (internet) infrastructure technology, multi-platform expert and track record in Dev- as Ops;
- Knowledge of CI/CD implementations with Azure DevOps;
- Experience in managing application chain control;
- Experience in team management and development;

- We reward you with a gross salary between €57,000 and €81,000 (annually including 8% holiday allowance with a full-time annualcontract), depending on experience and suitability;
