ING is looking for an enthusiastic Chapterlead Data Analytics (FG12), to guide the existing team of motivated professionals through the challenges ahead.
The chapter lead Data Analytics is responsible for a team of data analyst, who are supporting all colleagues in each of the Collection squads in day-to-day data drive decision making. You are able to develop – together with your key stakeholders - a strategic vision where we need to steer towards within data analytics and the Tribe around it, you are able to communicate well on choices to be made, you have the ability to engage the team in place to execute on it, and are continuously improving the team’s craftsmanship and capabilities.
The responsibilities of a Chapter Lead
As a Chapter Lead you will drive the people agenda and spend about 40% of your time on people management & development. You:

The squads are working from Amsterdam and Leeuwarden, and there is the opportunity to work from home, if the work allows it.

Collections is there to support and deal with all private and smaller business banking clients in the Netherlands that are unable and/or unwilling to meet their payment obligations for secured and/or unsecured products. We make the difference by being the customers partner in times of financial difficulty, offering personalized solutions at the right moment, and are in continuous movement to improve our offerings. Our focus is on a) scalability (in which we are aiming to steer all customers to self-service channels, unless we need to speak to them as soon as possible to void unnecessary arrears), b) automation (e.g. kill all non-value added processes) and c) prevention (e.g. identify customers before they go into arrears, and send them to the appropriate channels to avoid that they fall into arrears).

You feel comfortable to provide continuous feedback to your chapter and to listen and invest in others.
