As our Change Officer, you help realise the delivery of the ABN AMRO strategy: a Personal Bank in a Digital Age. You ensure that the implementation of the Data Strategy of ABN AMRO runs smoothly by creating insight and oversight, setting up a reliable administration and by supporting the theme owner and (saga) integrators in their day-to-day job.
Some examples of your responsibilities:
As our Change Officer, you become part of the core team responsible for overseeing the execution of the Data Strategy of ABN AMRO which is one of the 23 themes of our ‘one bank’ change portfolio. In this new, growing team of professionals, which will grow to around seventeen colleagues in total, we work on a daily basis to ensure that we remain on track with our ambition to unlock the power of data. We do so in an open and transparent way of working. The team is diverse with regards to culture, experiences and age. The atmosphere is lively and informal, and the environment is safe. It is normal to make mistakes as long as everyone is honest about it and learns from them.
In your day-to-day work you will play a key role in making sure the theme runs smoothly by ensuring up-to-date information is available within and outside the theme. Next to your day-to-day work, there is room to design, create and implement new processes especially when you are the one who is suggesting the change for the better!
The team you become part of is in constant collaboration with all business lines, international branches and subsidiaries of the bank. We all work together at the frontier of the largest data revolution in the banking industry and with the core value-assets of the organization.
You are a practical thinker, a do-er, whose behaviour reflects the culture principles of courage, care and collaboration. This is reflected by your eagerness to learn, the questions you dare to ask and the status quo you are willing to challenge. Structuring data and creating insights and oversights from large amounts of information is what makes you feel happy and brings the best out of you. You know how to handle conversations on various management levels, and know which information you should present and in what format depending on the stakeholder groups you are dealing with.
