About the Digital Platforms department
We want to enable the organization to realize better, faster and cheaper digital services for the customer. We do this for the platforms Aegon.nl, My Aegon (web/app) and the Advisors Portal. We focus on developing generic functionality for all business units. With the generic functionality, we serve both the end customer, advisors and the internal customer organization (including Salesforce CRM), which in turn also serves the end customer. That is why we are constantly looking at the digital chains throughout the organization, to determine where we can add the most value and in doing so we work closely with other IT departments.
What are you going to do?
You will become part of the CRM team where a number of extremely important internal applications are managed and further developed. Think of the Salesforce CRM with a 360-degree customer view. But also to Selligent and Pardot (for email marketing), Glance (co-browsing) and Salesforce Live Chat. Together with 7 others you form the CRM team. As a DevOps team you do both Development (changes) and Operations (incidents & management). Your focus as a BIA is certainly on the change side that takes up more than 80% of your time. For example, implementing the Privacy Proof creation of Salesforce within Aegon NL, the upgrade to Salesforce Lightning or the implementation of a new invoicing functionality within Salesforce.
About your role as BIA
To get this right, you are at home as a BIA of many markets: you have knowledge of best practices within Salesforce, you do not shy away from translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions. Where possible, and in continuous coordination with business stakeholders, you can also do the implementation yourself in Salesforce by configuring,.
Of course, you don't have to do all this on your own: you can rely on other BIAs or the APEX developer of the team, and for embedding in the Aegon landscape you work closely with the Solution Architect of the domain. Furthermore, you will also be in contact with BIA's from other teams, to share experiences, to understand their wishes well and to translate them into concrete services or to embed their services in the portal. You are also part of the Community of Practice with other BIAs.
So you are a spider in a large web and your greatest strength lies in overseeing that whole. You can think abstractly, separate the main issues from the side issues and efficiently reduce the big goals to bite-sized chunks that the team can pick up in the sprints. You have the seniority to include the team in the implementation until the objectives have been met. We ask a lot and therefore like to offer space for personal development. What are you bringing?
You have an HBO working and thinking level with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role with requirements analysis and its translation into functional and/or technical design (Business Analysis, Business Value Optimization)
We work in an Agile/DevOps environment and expect you to have experience with this and seamlessly go along with it.
Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce for analysis & configuration work
You are communicatively strong at various levels, both verbally and in writing (Dutch and English). The language in the team is mainly English
You are customer-oriented, analytically strong, initiative-oriented and have a good problem-solving ability
You are pragmatic and enjoy working on new things and learning from them
You are open to innovation within the field and follow the market developments
You are proactively looking for opportunities to further develop yourself and the team every day.

What can we offer you?
Your salary is maximum € 6.299,- per month based on 40 hours
You will receive a thirteenth month and holiday allowance in the form of a monthly flex budget of 16.7% of your monthly salary.
